• How to Purchase from RODI Systems

Thank you for your interest in RODI’s products.  Here is an outline of steps to take to order our standard monitoring and control products.  For payment terms on complete water treatment systems, or if you have any other questions, please feel free to contact our office at 505-334-5865 or send an email to info@rodisystems.com.

1        Determine what products or services you are interested in. 

2        Notify our office of your interest and we will provide a quote for the products or services.  We have experienced staff to assist you should have you questions regarding an order.

3        When you are ready to purchase, we will require a purchase order.  Below are some specific important pieces of information about processing the purchase order and terms.

a.       If you have purchased from us before (in the last twelve months), your account is in good standing and you are a domestic customer, we can offer you Net 30 terms.

b.      If you have not purchased from us before, or it has been more than two years or you are an international customer, we will require prepayment and a minimum order of $500.00.

                                                                          i.      International customers are required to make payment via wire transfer before the order will be processed.  We can provide the wire instructions at the time of the order.

                                                                        ii.      Domestic customers who will be shipping to a domestic address can purchase using a MasterCard, Visa, or American Express Card, or you can issue a check or wire transfer the funds. Once this first order is processed and your account is in good standing, we can offer you Net 30 terms.

4        Once we have your order in hand and payment/processing obligations are met, we can provide an estimated delivery date.  We cannot guarantee a delivery date and in some cases, there can be a 30 day lead time of some items.  We will do our best to meet your delivery needs.

5        When the product is ready to ship, we can ship via UPS or Federal Express.  We can prepay and add (domestic shipping only) or we can charge your shipping account.  DHL is not an available option, as they do not service our area.  If you do not have a UPS or Federal Express shipper number, you will need to make arrangements through a freight forwarder.
